To the one who feels like they’re defeated, losing faith, feel alone, feel that God can’t hear them, feels they’ve messed up so much that God no longer loves them.
To the one who feels like God is no longer with them….
That was me, too.
And I’m here to tell you God is right where YOU left Him. In that hurt, in that confusion, in the middle of the storm, in that night when temptation touched you, God is right where you left Him, and all you have to do is run to Him. He’s ready for you to come back with open arms. The reason you’ve felt this low is because the devil has used you enough to drain your power, fill your mind with lies, and leave you with nothing but an empty spirit!
Think about this, daughter: When your phone is running low on its battery, it’s normally because you’ve used it enough to drain its battery. So what do we do? We plug it into a power source to charge its battery.
Now picture this: you’re the phone that’s running low on power, running low on faith. We have to get to the point where we plug back into our power source…our Bible, which feeds our spirit. The spiritual battery is low. God is the power.
The phone= you
The battery= your spirit
The cord= your Bible
The electricity/power= our God
God supplies us with power through His word to feed our spirit which fuels YOU!
