My fear, my lack of faith, and my life experience almost stifled the Word of God
“The doors are opened” was what I heard in my spirit. Truthfully, I wanted it not to be real, because after the past year that I’d had, I didn’t know if I had the faith to believe that new doors were open. Honestly, life can knock us down, and take us from faith to faithless. Or from thriving and hopeful to surviving and just trying to get by. From grief, loss, and then back to grief, I felt my whole life shake. The very foundation of faith I was built on felt like it was crumbling. When all I could see was all that God had taken, I didn’t know what he could add back that would take the pain away.
Maybe you’ve experienced the sting of death or even the pain of loss. And I'm here to tell you to still move with NO FEAR! To still stand strong in faith even when you’ve cried all night. To still fight the good fight even when life has gotten hard. To still hold on to your belief and your hope.
When God whispered “The doors are open”, my previous season did not allow me to receive it. My fear, my lack of faith, and my life experience almost stifled the Word of God. But that little mustard seed of faith sprouted up, and I watched God open doors that I didn’t think of. He even revealed to me that some doors still remained open that I thought had been shut to me.
Today, I pray you rest and have peace knowing that the doors are open and you can go forward with no more fear.
